- Bill for nephrology practice visits and dialysis center services
- Submit and track claims through the clearinghouse
- Work in Centricity to manage charges, payments and denials
- Follow up on denied or unpaid claims
- Apply insurance contract terms to make sure we're paid correctly
What we need
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience navigating Centricity and a clearinghouse
- Knowledge of insurance contracts and payer rules
- Open to working with new technology and automation tools
- Prior medical billing experience
- Dialysis or nephrology billing background
